Midtown Dentistry is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our Patient Services team.

Position Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume inbound calls while compassionately handling questions/concerns
• Greet callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
• Schedule patient appointments
• Use trained sales techniques to reach company goals of appointments set and patient satisfaction
• Assure patients insurance, health history and contact information is updated
• Check office e-mail and forward to appropriate staff
• Send Flash Issue to all new patients you have scheduled
• Manage recall reports
• Memorize and use scripts effectively
• Provide information about the Practice, such as location of offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
• Transmit information or documents to patients and/or referring dentists

Work Hours:

* Mon-Thu 7:45 AM to 5 PM

* Fri 7:45 AM to 2 PM

* Daily huddle begins at 7:45

Minimum Requirements

**2 years Dental experience is required - pay based on experience.
